Information we collect
nonna does not require an account. If you choose to share answers with nonna, the text you submit is processed to generate a response. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location or advertising identifiers.
How we use information
Submitted content is used only to provide the app's features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to track you.
Sharing
We use service providers, such as hosting and AI processing providers, to operate the app. They may process submitted content only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage and retention
Your journal is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account. We do not retain submitted content after processing.
Your choices
You can keep everything on your device, turn AI features off in the menu, or erase your data with "erase my notepad". Deleting the app removes its data from your device.
Children
nonna is not intended for children under 13.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
